Total Specific Solutions (TSS) and Topicus completed the merger of the two software companies under the name "Topicus.com" on 5 January 2021. The ultimate goal is to build a European vertical market software (VMS) player that plans to go public as a standalone entity on the TSX Venture Exchange stock exchange in early February.
Both companies have a demonstrable track record in vertical market software. Each company with its own signature. The companies see great long-term added value in each other's vision, knowledge and skills.
