Topicus receives World-class Workplace seal of approval!

Topicus considers being a good employer very important. Because we would like to know how colleagues view the organisation, we commissioned an employee survey and asked colleagues for their opinions on themes such as cooperation, innovation, customer focus, sustainability and development. Besides a high response rate of 83.9%, the 7.7 report mark for being an employer is above average compared to the 7.2 benchmark of other Dutch companies. Although there are of course attention points, we are naturally very proud of this! And as icing on the cake, Topicus may carry the 'World-class Workplace' hallmark!

The employee survey revealed that colleagues feel a high level of commitment to the organisation, support its objectives and enjoy working at Topicus. They get energy from their work and are proud of the work they do. They are also proud of the impact our IT platforms have on society, that they contribute to making a real impact in different markets that affect many Dutch people. The innovative power and strong collaboration within teams are also well appreciated.

World-class Workplace, formerly known in the Netherlands as 'Best Employer Hallmark' is the Netherlands' largest, independent hallmark for 'being a good employer'. Organizations can only earn the hallmark by getting a good assessment of their own employees.
